Ashley Yarborough - Call 412-595-7828 for details.
Ashley Yarborough has always had a passion for the art of movement. At age 14, she began training in jazz, ballet, and lyrical at Marlene Moore’s School of Dance. Her passion transferred to the stage where she participated in many local dance competitions. While a student at Geneva College, Ashley was a member of and co-choreographer for the Geneva College Marching Band Dance Team.
Following a serious car accident in 2005, Ashley had to put her desire to dance on hold. It was then, during her recovery, that she found the joy of group fitness classes. Soon, Ashley became a certified AFAA Primary Group Fitness instructor and pursued a number of fitness formats, including Zumba, Zumba Toning, and ZumbAtomic.
In February 2009, Ashley became a certified Masala Bhangra instructor. The Masala Bhangra program is especially dear to Ashley’s heart since it combines her passion for dance with her desire to help others improve their health. Seeing the positive changes that have taken place in her own life, Ashley looks forward to assisting others with their fitness journey.
