Yoga
Gentle Restorative:
A gentle flowing yoga class that is appropriate for the beginner to the experienced yoga student. We will work through and learn the asanas or postures or yoga to improve our physical and mental health and wellness. See improvements in your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while learning to control your stress. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and a mat is required. Yoga blocks and straps are optional, and can be brought at your preference.
Power Yoga:
A type of yoga that is slightly more vigorous and may not be appropriate for those without experience with yoga. In this class we will flow through the asanas by working with our breath and creating balance within our bodies. See improvements in your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while learning to control your stress. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and a mat is required. Yoga blocks and straps are optional, and can be brought at your preference.
