Beginning Ballet

Enjoy the beauty, benefits, and pleasure of ballet exercise for toning, elongating muscles, cardiovascular fitness and relaxation. Ballet exercise compliments Pilates and Yoga.
No prior dance experience required.
Wear comfortable clothing or tights and leotards if you have them. Socks are fine to start, but ballet slippers are preferred. Hair should be worn up or pulled back away from the face.
