We start with the fundamentals: plie, tendu, releve… Janet will help you build a strong ballet foundation with good technique that will strengthen your posture, increase your stamina and balance. This class will enhance your overall well-being and compliment all other physical activities.
Students should wear a leotard, tights, and a ballet skirt or shorts. Hair pulled back away from your face. Optional dress: leggings and long top. Ballet shoes required.
